How to Add or Edit Insurance

Summary

All official COIs must be sent to Sublynk directly by the insurance providers themselves.

Your Insurance profile is what Sublynk uses to contact your insurance agents or brokers for official COIs. Each repair network you work with has their own unique requirements for your COI (certificate of insurance) that includes unique certificate holder, description of operations, endorsements, etc. Keeping your insurance profile up to date is critical to maintain your compliance with repair networks.

Your insurance profile has 3 areas of interest:

  1. Broker Assignments - This is the area where we track your active agent or broker. This is the only section on the insurance profile that can be edited by the user. We utilize your active broker or agent listed to collect official COIs.
  2. Program Insurance - This section contains all of the active programs or managed repair networks you work with through Sublynk. Each one contains the specific information related to the given program.
  3. Official COIs - The COIs listed under a given program are the unique and specific "official" COIs we acquire from your agent or broker for the given program. You can view your latest active COI and download them.

We process official COIs that your agent/broker emails to help@sublynk.com.
