Alacrity Background Check Requirements

Frequency: Every 3 Years on all owners, license and certificate holders, and anyone going to job sites or having access to insured's personal information.

Required Checks:

  • SSN Trace including 7-year address history and associated alias or maiden names
  • County criminal record search w/Alias
  • Federal criminal record search w/Alias
  • National criminal record search w/Alias
  • Global watchlist search (OFAC)
  • National sex offender search
  • MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Check
  • County & Federal Civil Check (Employees & Subs)
  • Owners Check (Owners Only) - includes personal credit check and business affiliation search

Disqualification:

  • OFAC Watchlist
  • Open or active warrant or probation
  • Convicted felon
  • Convicted sex offender
  • Convicted misdemeanors including deception, theft, insurance/identity/license fraud, sexual assault, or a crime involving violence
