Compliance Status Types
As an organization progresses through onboarding and credentialing with a network or general contractor they progress through a series of compliance status types. This article reviews each one.
Onboarding Status Types
The first required actions an organization takes when connecting with a network or general contractor are called onboarding steps. These include filling out specific information required by that network or GC, signing contracts, reviewing requirements, and more. There are 3 onboarding status types:
- Invited
- Accepted
- Onboarding
Invited
Invited is a status that indicates an organization has been invited to join the bench of another organization, such as a network or general contractor. An organization remains in this status until they accept the invitation to join that bench
Accepted
Accepted indicates that an organization has accepted the invitation to join the bench of a network or general contractor, but has not made any progress beyond accepting the initial invitation
Onboarding
Onboarding indicates that the organization has started completing onboarding steps to join the bench of a network or general contractor. The organization will move out of this status once they have completed all initial required tasks for joining that bench.
Compliance Status Types
The compliance status types provide a clear indication of an organizations compliance status. An organization does not progress to Compliance without first completing the Onboarding phase. The possible status types for compliance are:
- Credentialing
- Pending Review
- Pending Compliant
- Compliant
- Inactive
- Terminated
Credentialing
Any organization with outstanding compliance tasks for a network or general contractor bench will remain in credentialing. If an organization is in this status it is because they have compliance tasks to complete, or their insurance has expired.
Pending Review
If an organization submits a credential for review, their organization will move into Pending Review while that credential is reviewed by the Sublynk team. The organization will exit this status as soon as that item is reviewed and/or verified by Sublynk
Pending Compliant
This is the final compliance status, used to indicate an organization that requires a final review by a Sublynk team member prior to being granted compliant status for the bench they are joining.
Inactive
An organization is marked inactive when they choose to leave the bench of a network or general contractor, has subscription payments in arrears, or cancels their Sublynk subscription. This status indicates that no credentialing standards are being enforced and this organization should not be considered active on the network or general contractor's bench.
Terminated
If an organization is removed from the bench of a network or general contractor intentionally they will move into a Terminated status.
Disengaged Organizations
Sublynk indicates when an organization is Disengaged by marking the organization with a flag that the bench owner can filter on. Disengaged organizations have not logged in or taken any actions to gain compliance in at least 30 days.
