How to Change Program Selections
If you need to add or remove program selections for a Managed Repair Network, Direct Repair Network, or TPA you are credentialing through Sublynk with you will need to submit a support ticket to do so.
Finding your current program selections
You can locate your current program selections for a given network by going to that network's dashboard.
On your Sublynk dashboard look for your list of active programs and click on View Program Dashboard:
Then, on your program dashboard, you will see your Selected Programs for that network, as well as the states you are servicing:
If you need to adjust these programs or the states serviced, submit a ticket by clicking on our chat bubble in the bottom right hand of Sublynk, and either submitting a ticket or starting a live support chat:
