How to Join a Managed Repair Program in Sublynk
If you are interested in getting insurance work you are going to need to work with a managed or direct repair network. Sublynk makes joining these programs easy, helping contractors get approved faster, secure more jobs, and grow their business efficiently.
We allow any confirmed organization to apply for a managed or direct repair network free of charge. Before you can do that, you will need to setup your organization in Sublynk.
Setting up your organization
Sublynk will walk you through creating and validating your organization. Sublynk verifies your secretary of state records as well as your IRS records. It is important to provide correct legal business information to ensure we can verify your organization correctly.
Start by clicking on "Begin Account Setup"
On the next few pages Sublynk will request information about your business. Fill out each required field and be sure to provide correct information on each page, or your registration may fail.
As you provide information, you will be asked for your Headquarters location. Sublynk relies on each organization being a single tax ID. So, if you have multiple locations you operate your business under a single tax ID, be sure to provide your headquarters information at this step. You will be able to provide additional locations for credentialing at a later step.
Be sure to select each state you service when you get to the Service Areas section. This is editable later as well from your My Org section.
Additional Locations
If you have additional locations under your company structure you can provide them on this page. It is important to note that Sublynk does not require you to have a separate account for each additional location, but we do charge a fee for additional location credentialing when you sign up with a managed or direct repair network.
Insurance
You are not required to provide a COI during this set up phase, however this is the only time when you will be prompted to upload a COI. Sublynk will automatically scan it, and populate your account with the lines of insurance present on that COI. We will collect your broker or agent contact information once you have joined a repair program.
Organization Confirmation
If you have provided verified information you will receive a confirmation and can move forward. If you entered information that cannot be verified with state and federal records you will receive a notice to provide us with a copy of your federal EIN letter for verification of your organization name and tax ID.
Joining a Repair Program

Repair Programs
Repair programs are organizations that contract directly with insurance carriers to provide mitigation and restoration services to the policyholders of those insurance carriers. While they vary in size, remit, and value propositions, they are all fundamentally in need of restoration and contractor company services to carry out their work.
If you want to obtain insurance work, one way to accomplish that is to qualify and join for a direct or managed repair network.
Repair networks partner with Sublynk to credential their networks. If any repair networks on our platform are actively taking applications you will find them on your dashboard with an Opt In button.
When you opt in you will enter the application process for that network. That process varies from network to network, as do the requirements for your organization to qualify for their network.
Sublynk will guide you through their application process. Once completed a notification is sent to the network and a member of their recruiting team reviews your application and the information you submit during the application process.
If you are accepted, you will receive a notification and can continue to join their network on the Sublynk platform. That will involve signing contracts, filling out forms, and then submitting any required credentials, licenses, and background checks the network requires of your organization.
That is it! We hope this article helped you start your journey towards an incredibly rewarding work stream with one of our repair network partners. Don't forget to reach out to us if we can help you along your journey.
