Review Network Requirements

Requirements vary by network: The requirements, attestations, and documents shown here depend on the network you join. The screenshots are examples only; your network may require different insurance limits, credentials, or agreements.

Review Network Requirements

Every network and GC sets minimum standards for the contractors or subcontractors on their bench. The review quirements screen shows you exactly what is expected before you commit to joining. Review each category and confirm you can meet the standards.

1

Insurance Requirements

The program will show the insurance coverage levels required. Click the link to view the full details, then click I will meet these requirements.

2

Licenses and Certifications

Review the licensing requirements for your trade and location. Click I will meet these requirements to confirm.

3

Background Check Requirements

Confirm that you and your personnel will complete background checks. Click I will meet these requirements, then click Continue.

Why this matters: These requirements protect you as much as they protect the GC. Most commercial general liability policies for contractors include a subcontractor exclusion clause. If a GC cannot show that their subs had verified insurance, active licenses, background checks, and a signed contract on file, an insurance claim involving a subcontractor may not be covered. Meeting these standards keeps everyone protected.
